Who else is ready for holiday shopping?
I am beyond ready. I usually feel ill-prepared when it comes to having time to shop for the holidays. I feel like between now and New Year’s – the next two months fly by in the blink of an eye. However, this year I feel like I have more time. Maybe it is because I am working from home, or because most, if not all, stores are starting their holiday deals early this year. Either way, I am more than happy to give these stores the business, and to have everything done on time this year.
One of my favorite stores to buy gifts from is Ann Taylor. I will be sharing an “Ann Taylor Gift Guide” later on this month. I was lucky enough to be invited to try on their new collection two weeks ago, and it is AMAZING! The coziest cashmere, the perfect pair of pants for the office, and the warmest coats for those crazy winter days. I found the perfect dress for Thanksgiving, no need for leggings or those stretchy pants when you try on this dress.
Today’s Look:
Floral Shift Dress – I am wearing a size small. Shift dresses do tend to run big, especially with the dropped waist. This dress is perfect for all body types, and you can wear it into the winter – add black tights, black booties, and a leather jacket. Hello date night!
This dress comes in sizes XXS-XXL as well as petite sizes.
Double Breasted Coat – I am wearing a size small. Mine is from last year, but they have the exact same coat this year just in a different color. One of the warmest coats in my closet. The wool blend, and full lining, will keep you warm even on the coldest of days. The perfect coat for work, a date or event, or dinner with friends. I’ve gotten a million compliments, and you can keep this coat for years to come.
The coat comes in sizes XXS-XXL as well as petite.
Block Heel Booties – I am wearing a size 7 in white. I bought these booties last March, but never had a chance to wear them. They are still in stock, which is great! They are so comfy, and offer an incredible amount of support, so your feet are not in pain by the end of the day.
These booties come in sizes 5-11 as well as half sizes.
Sunglasses – These vintage Cat Eye sunglasses make for the perfect addition to any outfit. Amazon has the best sunglasses, and I swear by these. They have a bunch of different styles and colors.
